R&R CUSTOM CUT means production based on your body measurements and equipment according to your personal specifications.

Every Custom Vest is based on a fixed technical structure and on the original ROCKERS & RIDERS CUTTING SYSTEM, which forms the technical basis of all four ROCKERS & RIDERS models. On this basis, your vest is tailored to you in length, width and proportion.

The result is a close-fitting, stable fit with clean balance, high freedom of movement and significantly more control than with a standard size.

BASIC TECHNICAL STRUCTURE:

  • full-surface AraCore™ Inner System, built with Original DuPont™ Kevlar® 80/20
  • double-sided FlexTec™ Side Extensions with wind and water-repellent YKK AquaGuard® zippers, 4 cm extension per side
  • 2 inner pockets, left with snap button, right with zipper
  • integrated Rockers & Riders Patch Zip System in the inner hip area

Material and execution are individually defined on this basis.

MATERIALS & VARIANTS

Various leather and textile variants are possible, as well as customizable pockets, details and features. The stated basic price refers to our standard materials such as 1.4 mm Top Grain Cowhide, Cordura, solid denim and quilted black lining. Deviating materials or further special equipment are available at an additional cost.

PLANNING, ORDER & DELIVERY TIME

Your specified body measurements and material requests are binding and form the basis of production.

No changes are possible after production has started. Since every R&R Custom Vest is individually made for you, exchanges are excluded.

Production takes place exclusively after prior consultation. Personal advice before ordering is possible and recommended.

Delivery time: approx. 8 to 10 weeks, depending on current capacities.
